A member of the Pan Pacific London team welcomes guests to the hotel

You will be met and receive any assistance you require at your arrival airport (usually London Heathrow) or train station.

It’s then a smooth transfer to the Pan Pacific London hotel where you will be supported through the simple check-in process.

In the afternoon it’s time to take to the water with a River Thames cruise.

There is step-free boarding plus reserved wheelchair space and companion seating. Enjoy live or guided interpretation of landmarks including Tower Bridge.

In the evening you will have a reservation at the hotel’s accessible restaurant (step-free entry, adapted WC confirmed).

Then it’s up to you – early night or relaxed lounge experience.

Morning

In the morning you will have a guided visit to the British Museum.

This is the world’s first national public museum.

It’s a pre-planned lift-to-lift route avoiding congestion with key highlights curated to minimise fatigue.

Afternoon

In the afternoon it’s time to take it easy for a few hours. Feel free to use the Spa and the swimming pool – a portable pool hoist is available.

Evening

Head to the West End to see one of the fabulous shows.

Premium wheelchair accessible seating plus a companion seat. Step-free theatre access coordinated in advance with assisted transfers before/after to avoid crowds
