Good questions deserve thoughtful answers
From your first enquiry to the journey itself, we are here to help you discover the world with confidence.
Getting Started
There are three Ways to Discover.
INCLUTOUR our worldwide IncluTour collection if you would love inspiration from thoughtfully conceived journeys.
YOU TELL US if you already know where you would like to go or what you would love to experience.
DREAMWEAVE if you are looking for inspiration or simply curious about what your next extraordinary journey might look like.
You can also visit CRUISE CLUB if you are interested in discovering the world by sea. Whichever route you choose, the next step is a personal conversation.
Not at all. Some clients arrive with a destination, hotel or particular experience firmly in mind. Others have a feeling about what they would love from travel but have not yet decided where that might take them. Both are wonderful places to begin. If you are unsure, DreamWeave is designed especially for you.
Absolutely. Our enquiry forms help us begin the conversation, but they do not replace it. Tell us a little about what you are imagining and we will be in touch to discuss the possibilities.
We will acknowledge your enquiry and let you know what happens next. A member of our team will then make contact to learn more about the journey you are imagining, your preferred timeframe and what matters most to you.
Our acknowledgement will provide a realistic indication of when you can expect to hear from us.
We work with a carefully managed number of clients so that each journey receives the professional attention it deserves.
If our Journey Designers are fully committed, we may invite you into our Priority Lounge until we can begin your personal discovery conversation.
Your journey, your way
Yes. Every journey is individually considered around the people taking it. You might begin with an IncluTour, arrive with your own ideas or discover something new through DreamWeave.
The starting point may differ, but our approach remains personal.
Of course. Our IncluTour journeys are designed to inspire, not restrict.
You may wish to stay longer, change accommodation, introduce different experiences or extend your travels to another destination.
Absolutely. Our Grand Tour proposition brings together multiple destinations, countries and experiences in one individually designed journey.
You might combine several IncluTours, add a cruise or ask us to develop something entirely around your aspirations.
Yes. A favourite hotel, sporting event, anniversary, family celebration or once-in-a-lifetime experience can be the starting point. You bring the where. We will work on the how.
Yes. We can explore journeys for individuals, couples, families and private groups, bringing together the different preferences and requirements of those travelling.
For larger or ambitious group arrangements, we will discuss the scope before beginning detailed design work.
Understanding you
No. Inclu Travel creates extraordinary journeys for people who value professional travel expertise, personal attention and the confidence of knowing their journey has been designed around them.
Our specialist experience in inclusive travel is part of what makes us different, but it does not define who can travel with us.
We design journeys around people.
Whenever you feel comfortable beginning that conversation.
Our initial enquiry forms focus on your aspirations rather than asking you to complete a detailed questionnaire about personal circumstances.
As we get to know you, we will explore the information relevant to designing your journey.
No. We do not ask for detailed medical information in our initial enquiry forms.
If particular information becomes relevant to an arrangement or service you are considering, we will explain what is needed and why.
We would love to have that conversation.
Our leadership brings together decades of professional travel experience and personal understanding of how life-changing injury can alter someone’s relationship with travel.
DreamWeave can be a particularly welcoming place to begin.
We do not believe in making promises before understanding the individual and examining the relevant arrangements.
Our role is to ask informed questions, obtain relevant information and help you make confident decisions.
Where something cannot be confirmed or may not be suitable, we will explain that clearly and explore alternatives where possible.
Pricing & Journey Design
Every journey is different. The investment will reflect your destination, accommodation, experiences, travel dates and the arrangements that make the journey yours.
Where we publish indicative IncluTour prices, these provide a starting point. Your individual quotation will reflect the journey we develop together.
Personalisation is part of our usual journey-design service.
Some particularly extensive or complex commissions may require a separate Journey Design Commitment.
Where this applies, we will explain the scope of the work and agree the commitment with you before chargeable design work begins.
A Journey Design Commitment is a separately agreed arrangement for exceptional design work beyond our usual planning service. It may be appropriate for an ambitious multi-country journey, unusually extensive research or substantial redesign beyond an agreed brief.
We will explain what it covers, the fee and whether any amount will be credited against your eventual booking before you decide whether to proceed.
No. A traveller’s disability or individual requirements do not, in themselves, make a journey an exceptional design commission.
Any separate Journey Design Commitment is determined by the nature and scope of the exceptional work involved, not by a person’s disability.
No. Our first conversation is an opportunity to understand what you are imagining and explore whether we are the right people to help.
If you decide to proceed, we will explain the next steps and any relevant commitments before chargeable work begins.
IncluTour
Neither, really. You’ll be travelling personally.
An IncluTour is designed to give you the reassurance of having everything arranged without making you feel as though you’re travelling on somebody else’s tour.
You’ll be privately met at airports and seaports and transferred to your accommodation. Private transport is arranged for your touring and experiences unless another form of travel is an intentional part of the journey. Your included experiences are accompanied by knowledgeable local guides, hosts or specialists who bring each destination to life.
And when the itinerary says Your Time, we mean it. Those moments are deliberately left free for you to enjoy independently, rest, explore or change your mind entirely.
Supported when it matters. Free when it doesn’t.
No. IncluTour journeys are designed for independent travellers, couples, families and friends – not organised groups of strangers travelling together.
Every journey is created around you. You can travel independently, with your own companions or as a self-contained group, enjoying as much freedom, privacy and flexibility as you choose.
Only if you want them to be.
You can be as independent or as supported as you wish. Some travellers prefer complete freedom, others appreciate a private guide or additional assistance at particular points in their journey. We can build the right level of support around your preferences and requirements.
Whichever way you travel, you will have access to our destination partners or your personal travel designer around the clock, wherever your journey takes you.
Absolutely. Our itineraries are designed to inspire, not prescribe.
We will always seek to tailor your journey around your aspirations, interests, preferences and individual requirements. Whether that means changing the pace, extending a stay, adding an experience or taking an entirely different route, we will explore what is possible.
Your journey. Your way.
100%
Combine two or more itineraries, add a TIME OUT along the way, incorporate a stay from our Signature Collection or extend your adventure into a Grand Tour.
Our worldwide journeys are designed to work beautifully together, giving you the freedom to discover more of the world in one extraordinary experience.
Travel is wonderful, but unexpected things can happen to anyone. We believe in being honest about that – and prepared for it.
We work to build appropriate contingencies and urgent support arrangements into our journeys, drawing on our destination partners and specialist knowledge to help resolve problems as quickly and effectively as possible.
Whether it is a disrupted flight, an unexpected change of plans or something more personal, you will never be left wondering who to contact.
A human connection will always be just a message or telephone call away.
We understand that mobility equipment is not simply luggage. For many travellers, it is fundamental to their independence, comfort and ability to enjoy their journey.
We also know that damage and breakdowns can happen, even with the best preparation.
That is why we provide guidance on travelling with mobility equipment, including practical steps to minimise the risk of damage, communicating handling requirements to airlines and ground teams, and preparing appropriate spare parts and essential information.
We are also developing a worldwide network of specialist mobility equipment repair and rental partners across the vast majority of our destinations, helping us identify potential solutions if something goes wrong.
We cannot promise that equipment will never be damaged or that every repair or replacement will be immediately available.
What we can promise is that we understand the importance of being prepared – and of having people ready to help.
We do not arrange or sell travel insurance directly, but we can guide you towards specialist providers who may be able to offer cover appropriate to your circumstances and journey.
We strongly encourage travellers to consider cover for their individual requirements, including medical needs, mobility equipment, cancellation, disruption and any planned activities.
We will also ask you to provide confirmation that appropriate travel insurance is in place before we confirm your travel arrangements.
The right insurance is an important part of travelling with confidence.
We always strive to offer exceptional premium and luxury accommodation, but your individual access requirements will take priority over any hotel classification.
In more remote destinations, we may recommend authentic lodges, characterful guesthouses or rustic retreats that offer a more rewarding local experience while meeting your requirements and our standards for safety, cleanliness and service.
Every property is carefully selected around you, your journey and the experience you wish to enjoy.
Cruise Club
Absolutely. Our dedicated Cruise Club creates individually considered journeys by sea, from luxury ocean cruising and river voyages to expeditions, world cruises and private yacht charters.
Yes. Choosing the right voyage involves much more than finding an appealing itinerary.
We will explore the kind of experience you would love, your preferences and the details that matter to you before considering suitable ships and sailings.
Yes. We can explore private shore experiences designed around your interests and preferences, subject to the arrangements available at each destination.
Of course. We can bring together pre- and post-cruise hotels, private experiences and extended land journeys.
The voyage does not have to begin or end at the gangway.
Booking & Financial Protection
We will explain the financial protection applicable to your proposed arrangements before you confirm your booking.
The protection and booking terms may differ depending on the type of journey and how its individual elements are arranged.
You will receive the relevant information as part of your booking documentation.
We are ATOL Protected (Licence ATOL 12891) and we are members of Protected Trust Services (Membership number 6314)
Yes. Before confirming your journey, we will provide the proposed arrangements, applicable price and relevant booking information for your consideration.
Payment requirements depend on the arrangements being booked.
We will explain the applicable deposit, balance and payment deadlines before you confirm your journey.
We will explain the relevant booking terms, including applicable amendment and cancellation conditions, before confirmation.
If your circumstances change, contact us as soon as possible so we can discuss the available options.
We strongly encourage clients to arrange suitable travel insurance for their individual circumstances and proposed journey.
Choosing appropriate cover is an important part of preparing for travel.
Travel Professionals
Yes, selectively. We work with travel advisors who are hosted by us, have demonstrable relevant experience, or have achieved the capability represented by accreditation as an Inclusive Travel Designer through INCLU ACADEMY.
Our approach is deliberately relationship-led: we want every client referred to Inclu Travel to receive the same thoughtful, knowledgeable and personal service that defines our concierge experience.
If you are a travel professional interested in working with us, please get in touch so we can explore whether there is a suitable way to collaborate.
Still have a question?
Perhaps there is something we have not covered. Something particular to the journey you are imagining.
Or something you would simply prefer to discuss with a person.
Ask us. That’s what we’re here for…
